The results you see above have been accomplished by using our outbound system that leverages 95 data sources + AI to send hyper-targeted cold emails at scale.
We contacted 52710 people and got 1482 responses, 508 responses were sales opportunities which puts us close to a ratio of 100 people contacted per sales opportunity.

When Kea came to us, they were struggling with their cold email and outbound in general.
They were sending a bunch of generic cold emails and getting close to no responses.
They were using standard data sources like Apollo and Seamless.ai.
They thought:
- First off, there’s not enough data on restaurants.
- Secondly, even with what little is available, it seems really hard to get a result from contacting them.
Here’s what we did to combat that:
- Set them up with the best cold email infrastructure in the world—allowing them to actually land in the inbox.
- Built a custom scraper that gets pizzerias (their main ICP) from various online ordering platforms.
- Built a system that then locates them on Google Maps—gathering valuable info on their reviews, and whether they mention on their website that they do phone orders.
- Then another system that finds all the contact info for these restaurants by either scraping their site or looking for it on separate forums like Yelp—to maximize ICP coverage.
- Finally, we wrote human copy that actually gets people to respond, using these custom data points to add relevance and make the emails feel 1 to 1.
